• Preferable minimum 10 years working experience as CEO or relevant role in (i) horseracing and wagering operations; or (ii) a record of achievement in delivering year-on-year commercial success as CEO or in a relevant role;
  • A record of growing established revenue streams and creating new ones;
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
  • A ‘hands-on’ management approach;
  • A person of high integrity and moral standards;
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus;

Job Scope:

  • Running the Turf Club as a successful business, including but not limited to, creating and managing its annual budget, growing established revenue streams, creating new revenue streams and managing staff;
  • Formulate and execute membership and sponsorship drives;
  • Manage relationships with relevant governing authorities, the local community, horse owners, racing partners, regional clubs;
  • Prepare and submit reports to the upper management on operational matters;
  • Recruit, manage and lead staff to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
