LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Pitons Cup
1. The Slot Licensors will conduct a race called The Pitons Cup (“the Race”) run over a distance of 9

furlongs (1800 meters) on dirt on Friday 13th December 2019 (or such other date confirmed by the
Slot Licensors by 1st December 2019) at the Club, Saint Lucia, subject to these terms and conditions.

2. The Race is exclusively open to Slot Licensees who have the right to nominate a representative
horse of their choice per Clause 31.

3. The Race will be conducted under the Rules and Regulations of Racing of the Club (“the Rules and
Regulations of Racing”). A copy of these rules is available on request.

4. The Race will be run in accordance with the weight scale tabled below:

*(Foaled in Barbados, Jamaica or Trinidad & Tobago)

(No allowance for Apprentices)

5. The Race will have a maximum of 12 starters.

6. The Race will carry total prize money of U.S. Dollars 150,000. Prizemoney will be distributed by the
Club accordingly:

The following payments to trainers and jockeys will be made from the above prize money distribution.

Trainers: 10 percent

Jockeys: 10 percent
