13. The Support Feature will carry total prize money of U.S. Dollars 20,000. Prizemoney will be
distributed by the Club accordingly:

The following payments to trainers and jockeys will be made from the above prize money distribution.

Trainers: 10 percent

Jockeys: 10 percent

Selected Horses, Transfer of Ownership, Rights & Privileges

14. The Club will transfer ownership as well as all rights, privileges and entitlements of the Selected
Horse to the Slot Licensee.

15. All costs incurred by the Selected Horse from the time of selection will be the sole responsibility of
the Slot Licensee

16. All prize money and trophies won by the Selected Horse from the time of selection will be the sole
property of the Slot Licensee.

17. The Selected Horses are to be based in Saint Lucia at the Club for a minimum of 12 months (until
13th December 2020) to help promote the launching of a new thoroughbred industry. They will be
eligible to contest races at this venue as well as races internationally should the Slot Licensee
and/or their trainer of choice wish to do so.

18. Once ownership of the Selected Horse is transferred to the Slot Licensee, the Slot Licensee is free
to sell, barter or gift the Selected Horse to a third party that is in good standing in accordance with
the Rules and Regulations of Racing.

Slot License and Slot License Fee

19. In consideration of payment of the Slot License Fee in full, the Slot Licensee, as at the Race
Acceptances Date, is entitled to an entry in the Race.

20. The Slot License Fee is USD20,000 to be paid in two non-refundable instalments to the Club as
follows:
a. USD10,000, to be paid immediately to hold a Slot License.
b. USD10,000, to be paid by 6pm 14th October 2019 (Atlantic Standard Time) to confirm
ownership of a Slot License.
